Standard Repair

Quality repair of KineticSystems VXI and CAMAC modules. Repairs include (as applicable):

• A pretest to reproduce the problem and determine the cause.
  
• Repair the product, including all parts and rework.
  
• Update the product to the most recent version.
  
• Burn-in for 12 hours minimum in a 0 to 50 deg. C environment with power cycling and cold starts.
  
• Final Test and Calibration: verification that the module meets or exceeds the appropriate published specifications and has been calibrated traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
  
• A warranty of 90 days is provided on all repairs.
  
• Calibration/Compliance Certificate and a summary Repair Report are provided.
  

Expedited Repair

Expedited Repair Services are performed and the product is returned within two weeks after it is received.
