Standard Support

Free limited telephone support is available for current and past hardware and software purchases. This includes guidance in setting up hardware (dip switches, straps, etc.), installation of software, getting started with our drivers, and general functionality.

KARE Support

This is a first-class support solution for KineticSystems customers. Direct priority access is provided to our senior application engineers via telephone, e-mail or fax. We give updates on the status of issues and provide in-depth problem analysis and resolution.

Annual Software Subscription

This includes all KineticSystems software updates and upgrades for the selected product(s). This annual agreement is for single-user software licenses only.

Application-specific Support

These one-year support agreements are tailored to meet a customer's specific needs.

On-Site Support

For issues that cannot be resolved by returning a product to KineticSystems for repair, for emergency situations, or to provide other on-site support, an engineer can travel to your facility.

Smart Spares Pool™

The Smart Spares Pool is ideal for applications where system downtime due to hardware failure is costly. A replacement module is shipped to your facility within 24 hours, and you are up and running.
